Not too long ago, Fabrisonic had a booth at the 2017 RAPID in Pittsburg. For those who don’t know, RAPID is a large 3D printing tradeshow. They move around to a different city every year in the month of April or May.
While there, Fabrisonic got noticed by 3DPrint.com among other companies with cool technologies. The article touches on the unique capabilities of Ultrasonic Additive Manufacturing such as: combining dissimilar metals without melting, embedding sensors and electronics without damaging, and complex internal geometry such as heat exchangers.
